This three-week program offered virtually via an interactive online learning platform, providing a firsthand introduction to Business, Engineering, Law & Politics led by industry professionals. This is a great opportunity for high school students to engage in live lectures and career development activities including class discussions, research and team projects.

Summer program Instructors
Hannah Bako
Bio: Hannah is a PhD student at the Department of Computer Science in the University of Maryland College Park. She holds a MSc (2019) in Software Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BSc (2015) in Computer Information Systems from Babcock University. Her research interests cuts across Data Science, Software Engineering and Human Computer Interaction, with a focus on developing tools that facilitate efficient data analysis and presentation practices, prioritize the needs of users and are accessible to data analysts of various proficencies. Outside of research, she is a plant and fitness enthusiast who enjoys baking.

Rob Taylor
Bio: Seasoned mid-level Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience developing, testing and debugging code in a professional Agile work environment. Has a strong background in UI development, game development, data structures and algorithms.
Thanks to his studies at Full Sail University he has the ability to quickly learn new skills which was necessary not only to work within the Villa Law Firm but to continue to grow. Working in the structured environment at the Villa Law Firm he learned how to manage, prioritize tasks and features, and finally collaborate with various co-workers at the company both technical and non-technical.
Vladimir Marcano
Vladimir is a Web & Graphic Designer Extraordinaire. He received his credentials at The Art Institute of New York City & Mount Saint Mary College. He is a Web Designer at RAB Lighting. Vladimir enjoys introducing young people to the world of technology.
Dallas Jennette
Dallas is a current junior at Howard University in Washington, DC. She is a Psychology Major on a Pre-Law track and Minor in Fine Arts (Classical Voice). She studied Honors Criminal Justice and Law & Sociology often leading the mock trial team at her former high school. She has a passion for mentoring young people and singing. Dallas serves on the executive board as Choir Representative for the Howard Gospel Choir of Howard University and is a Law Intern at the Bergen County Superior Court, Family Court Division.
Rayna Richardson
Rayna is a current sophomore at Howard University in Washington, DC. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree In Criminology on a Pre-Law Track with a minor in Fine Arts (Dance). Rayna also studied Honors Criminal Justice and often led the mock trial team at her former high school.
